Is the DPP already mandatory for my clothes or furniture?
Not yet with an exact date: the ESPR is in force, but the delegated act with the concrete textile requirements is expected around 2027, with realistic enforcement around 2028. Batteries come first, in February 2027.
What if I sell in the EU but my company is outside it?
It applies just the same. The DPP is required for products placed on the EU market, regardless of where the manufacturer is based.
